(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing knives and related accessories through the EURO BLADE WORX e-shop.
1.2 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and business customers, unless stated otherwise.
1.4 The sale of knives to individuals under 18 years of age is prohibited. The Buyer confirms that they meet this age requirement.
2. ORDER AND CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 The Buyer places an order via the e-shop.
2.2 The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
2.3 The Buyer is obliged to provide correct and complete information for order processing.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if:
- The Buyer does not provide valid contact details,
- There is a suspicion of misuse of knives for illegal purposes,
- The goods are out of stock.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Prices displayed on the e-shop include VAT and all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
3.2 The Buyer may pay for the goods using the following methods:
- Bank transfer,
- Online payment gateway QR code
- Other methods specified in the e-shop.
3.3 The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, changes do not affect already concluded contracts.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1 The Seller delivers goods via contractual carriers.
4.2 The estimated delivery time is specified for each product on the e-shop and depends on stock availability.
4.3 The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and immediately notify both the carrier and the Seller in case of damage.
4.4 If the Buyer fails to accept the delivery, a fee may be charged for re-shipping.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR CONSUMERS)
5.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
5.2 To withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must send a completed withdrawal form to the Seller’s email.
5.3 The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
5.4 The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
5.5 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used knives or those showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
6. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
6.1 The goods are covered by a statutory 24-month warranty, unless stated otherwise.
6.2 The Buyer must file a claim without undue delay via email to info@eurobladeworx.com.
6.3 The claim will be processed within 30 days from the date the goods are received by the Seller.
6.4 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or mechanical damage caused by improper use.
7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
7.2 Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for carriers and payment service providers.
7.3 The Buyer has the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
8.3 These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of March 19, 2025.
